The next step of the process is critical. We turn research findings into requirements that the content, design and technical team can act on. To date, we have translated over 1,000 user inputs into meaningful action items and produced tangible results for our clients.
We look at the totality of the content issues raised by users and turn them into topics and sub-topics to develop for the site.
We analyse the way users say they “prefer information presented to them†and turn them into different navigation systems.
We pick up the words participants use and turn them into navigation labels, taxonomies and content for FAQs.
